Jack, et. al, cudos to Biosafe's Community relations people in Fairhaven. Here are excerpts for a Standard Times article in today's paper describing the very successful community hazardous waste disposal program in Fairhaven:

>>Fairhaven hazardous waste disposal program is a success

By Paul Gately, Standard-Times correspondent
FAIRHAVEN -- When it comes to disposing of hazardous waste volume, Fairhaven residents take second place to nobody.
The town collected more than 375 tires, 600 gallons of waste oil, 500 gallons of hydraulic fluids and solvents, 100 car batteries
and 20 55-gallon drums of assorted chemicals from residents during the seventh annual Hazardous Waste Collection Day in early
November. ....
..... Public works crews helped collect the hazardous waste. Bob's Tire Co. of New Bedford and a volunteer crew from BioSafe
International also assisted.....<<

Crawling out of the current hole BSFE stock is is may take awhile, but I find this kind of attention to crucial community relations very encouraging.

Anyone have any news on the court considerations of the permit? Of of anything else for that matter. Gee I hope $7/8 is the real historic bottom.
