This is a tough call for everyone today. There has been one little trick I've used in buying SAP and this has been too track it against Microsoft. NT is an important product for R3 imho and if MSFT holds strong I'll be tempted to nibble. This is art, not science, so like any other technical trick there is always a good chance it won't work out to expectations.
