I don't think using the lite version will effect how much RAM is required to run the software. The lite version just has a few of the most popular games so people can download it quickly. The same amount of RAM should be required. But then, I'm a Mac user so I could be completely wrong.

In any case, once a player registers, I believe the full version is sent to them anyways. Later versions will also be mailed out to users.
