Be careful. Does anyone know the details od the deal?? Usually, in s a stock deal it's $6 as of the time of the deal. So, as CYT fell yesterday, so did the deal's value. Who knows what the CYT stock will be worth when you get it. From here, you're investing in CYT. Note also that in a stock deal, there are no tax consequences. If you sell now, it's a taxable event....good luck everyone....
