Rob, I like the thinking in your post re: finance minister doesn't need the job. I regularly read/browse a Russian magazine that's published in English, the "Russia Review", quite a good one at that. It's a bit like Time Magazine on Russia.Guess what they have on their latest front page of 07/17: "THE CRISIS: Will Russia overcome?". For me this is a good sign that we may be near the bottom.
