I definately agree with your recommendation...Fidelity is great. I've been with them for about twenty years and all they do is continue to improve their services...I haven't spoken with a human for years, I let my fingers do the walking...plus they will be online in the next couple months or maybe they already are. They weren't as of Oct of this year.
