As an independent owner of 3 pharmacies in South Central Kentucky, I can attest to a few observations since the release of Viagra. One of our particular stores specializes in the treatment of ED. Most doctors in my area send their patients suffering from ED to our store based solely upon our expertise in this particular area. We even had a VVUS representative(woman) come to our particular store to do an in-service on the benefits of using Muse. The response was overwhelming. We had about 60 men make appointments. Of these 60, about 45 thought it would be beneficial to them.

Since the release of Viagra, out of these 40 or so men, we currently have 3 that are still taking Muse on a regular basis. As one might assume, the others have switched to the blue diamond shaped pill.

Based upon this sole observation, I took a position in Pfizer. The response to this drug in my area has been overwhelming. But, I'm also realistic enough to realize that there will be better alternatives on the not so distant horizon.
