Good Question Billy!

CNBC just reports $10million "eyeball" deal with Warner and Paramount for NSCP Netcenter. Claim that NSCP is actively in negotiations with others for another deal. Let me ask all of you some basic questions......Are these alliance deals value-added? Do they truly add enough content to make a difference for the average net user? Surely cash will transfer to NSCP on a deal basis...but will it add any regular cash-flow to the NSCP btm.line? Does the fact that NSCP has been behind the curve on portal enhancement severely handicap them going forward? How many people continue to leave Netcenter as their 1st homepage? OEM's are cutting pay-in deals with portals to launch them upon an internet click (i.e. CPQ/YHOO).....will NSCP be able to afford to the cash outlays? Why is it that NSCP has nearly twice the senior management staff of all internet companies? All of these questions are real and will be answered over time one way or another. Yet the stock and its recent run-up have already discounted most of this with the assumption that NSCP will execute near perfectly. I doubt it as management has never to-date shown the ability to assure its shareholders of its executionary skills. All of this intended to make any investors think about this company and its position. Again, I do not attempt to sway anyone or influence their investments......I only wish to shed light on the less than blatantly optimistic scenario. Good luck to all but Jimmy Little Bucks......he is an ignorant fool who cannot understand how others might have different opinions.
