You are right. I probably should have refrained from that last comment. The only way this group can win a suit against the state or state employees is to prove they lied. That means that they will have to prove that Black Rock is a commercial property. IPM couldn't do it with millions of dollars. Why should we believe that shareholders can prove it in a class action suit?

Even when IPM sued, all the court said was that AZDOM was to refrain from stock advice. They can still say there is nothing there, they can still answer questions about the dirt or anything else except they can't express opinions about IPM. They can say we suggest that you hire a professional geologist to evaluate this property before you invest. This is what Coggins should have said instead of trashing IPM. On the other hand, what about some of the IPM cheerleaders who were little more than paid company touts?

I just don't see any logic in this class action suit.
