Question to Liganders:

Hypothetically speaking, of course: if for some reason, another company were to come along, before June of 2000, and announce it's acquiring Ligand, what would that do to the Ligand warrants?

Would LGNDW holders be at any kind of risk (in the sense that the warrants might not be treated as favorably as the actual LGND shares)?
