Maybe it's been too long.
From what is normal in the 'well' business, you set plugs
to seal off old wells. Concrete is used for holding casings
in place. Ok, but I thought the well site just needed some
concrete poured in case of spillage. Seems logical to pour
concrete around the site and have sump pumps installed in
case of a 'accident'. The EPA you know has to have controls
in the matter. I also know where membrane materials would be
used in case of spills.

I guess I would like to know what the 'plug' actually is for.
