Why are the major investors waiting for HVAR's volume to increase? That doesn't make any sense?!? What does share volume have to do with it? Unless they are looking to buy and dump on a runup. If they think it's a good value, why don't they just buy at these levels and hold? Must be friends of Jon Lebed.
