Glenn -- The internal memo is interesting in that I've not heard the rumors about board changes meaning a change in ownership. I suppose this is to be expected especially when many networkers are rumored to be buyout targets. If you line up two or three dots, it's human nature to connect others that are even remotely close while you're at it. I like Alan Lutz's style. Clear, decisive, to the point. No one has explained the changes in Siemens' U.K. structure as it relates to NN, so I'm assuming it has no significance, other than to indicate the two companies are strengthening their ties.
