Squak Box I saw the interview, but I don't know what the announcement was. The usual format is to scroll an outline of the interview on the left side of the screen. This scroll is prepared prior to the interview. I thought I saw something about a license agreement scroll by. Unfortunately the interview had nothing to do with the prepared outline and I could not read and listen at the same time. Mark Haines and Co. immediately tore into the CEO about a 5.5mm charge last quarter and other balance sheet issues. I thought he did a reasonable job of clarifying and justifing everything but 1.5mm related to outdated inventory. Unfortunately the grilling left no time for the announcement which is pretty sh--ty on CNBC's part since they used the promise of an announcement as a promo teaser throughout the day yesterday.
