Mark, No matter how you slice the salami, TSQD (we shareholders) still will own 4,800,000 shares of DRIV. Now you insert the aftermarket price of DRIV to come up with an investment value for TSQD: DRIV at 10 = $48 million; DRIV at 20 = $96 million; DRIV at 30 = $144 million; DRIV at 40 = $192 million; DRIV at 50 = $240 million; etc... Based on the terrific reception of other Internet commerce IPO's recently, things should be heating up for TSQD in the not too distant future! Regards. Elliot
