dougjn Are you saying that because the House bill was utterly stupid it would not become law? I think, if I dig enough, I could come up with one or two really stupid bills that made it to law. (ggg) Glad this one seems to be DOA. Many times one house has made a statement with a bill knowing full well that the bill's passage into law was not ever a possibility. How come Loral does not benefit from a little Zenit good news? Jeff Vayda
