Be Careful With HVAR... HVAR was a Jonathan Lebed pump and dump a few weeks ago. Be careful with this one. Why are the major investors waiting for volume to pick up before they start buying??? It doesn't make sense; unless they are planning on dumping their shares during a runup. If they like the company then they should buy at these leves (it's on 20 cents) and hold. They must be Jon Lebed's friends.
