I have some questions and observations that I hope someone or some persons can answer for me.

Observation #1-Tim Luke has an agenda. I don't know what it is but when someone posts such inflammatory material and has no facts to back it up then it's the only possible conclusion. I don't mind opinions but when one makes accusations (i.e. "it's a scam...") then there credibility is nigh without some evidence. The fact that a stock which used to be 8 is now under 2 is not a foundation for labeling it a scam.

Observation #2- We live in a conspiracy minded society. Therefore it's no surprise that there is constant talk of stock manipulation. Folks the concept of stock manipulation on any issue that has millions of shares on the open market is quite simply insane. Large blocks get bought and they get sold. This isn't a manipulation but rather a cause and effect. Stock prices are bound to reflect this.

Question #1- I have read the thread's header but what I would like to is some past performance information on this company. I don't mean stock performance but past earnings and expense input. I haven't been able to find anything on them anywhere.

Observation #3- TCBG is involved in a highly competitive business. To think that they will somehow swamp the market place is ludicrous. The product line is long in the tooth. Regardless of how zippy the packaging is if what's in it is bland then it won't matter. You have to admit that no matter how you cut it they are still selling water. Not that this is bad but it must be taken into consideration when thinking about future penetration into an already crowded field. Remember, TCBG is the only product being sold by WalMart and Winn Dixie but it's better to be on their shelves then not.

Question #2- Does anyone have any explanation as to why this stock went from $8 to sub $2 range?

Observation $4- True, one cannot rely on just signing up a race car as an advertising vehicle but if said race car wins...I can't think of a better advertisement. It's no surprise that they have this sign on. In case some don't know, Winn Dixie is primarily a supermarket chain in the southern states which is a huge hotbed for race fans. The same could be said for Walmart.

Observation #5 - Distribution is a critical factor for products like this and you could do a lot worse then being distributed by Cliffstar.

Observation #6- The business model here seems sound but there is one critical factor. TCBG must expand their product lines. Without that then it could be relegated to a number of fads that we have seen come and go.

Thanks in advance for your replies but if you have no sensical input then do all of us a favor and just say NO.
