Dusty, Dig all you want, it will not change the current situtation. IMHO Let the laywers and SEC figure who is right and who is wrong. The SEC would have shut Gary down by now if they thought he is/did something wrong. As he has stated on this thread he has given everything he has on Midland/Arcon and his personal trading logs. IF he had inside info AND was trading on it he WILL be caught period. IMHO Now I know what you comment to the insider info is going to be, but I will tell you many people I have spoken to many that are PO'd at Gary so to me your theory does not pan out. IMHO JeffG
