Attention All Investors: I just got off the phone with Bill Tunnell of North American Corporate Consultants - who work with financial brokers and bankers for several companies; MISM being one of the companies they are involved with. Bill works with Bob Millstone of North American. We spoke for about 15-20 minutes. Bill says he tries to speak with Dan Masters on a daily basis. Bill is expecting(NOT GUARANTEED) A PR next week on the financing deal. He does not know what the wording will be on the PR. He's hoping that Dan will include the financing deal along with how the money will be spent for acquisitions. Bill stated that Dan was extremely knowledge in franchising, but needs alittle help in understanding how long some financing deals are made. Dan was expecting all the negotiations, the i's dotted, and the t's crossed when he stated that news would be out in early June. Bill said that he is very comfortable with the direction the company is taking and its future; based on Dan's expertise and the financing deal. He said there are several investment brokers/bankers waiting to come on board as soon as the financing is made official thru a PR. Dan has not told him the exact date of the PR. Bill stated that with all his contacts within the company(other than Dan), that there is a 2/3 chance or better, that the PR will be out next week. He feels when the PR does come out, that investors will be well rewarded! I feel very good about the company now that I've had this conversation with Bill. He clarified why the delay with the PR.
