RE: PSFT specifically, but RS charts in general.

If you are looking at an RS chart and the RS data points are below 20 or so (eg PSFT at 5.2 - 6.0 to reverse up) I suggest that you move the decimal place in the data one more position to the right (eg you would get PSFT RS data points in the 50's). The % changes required in the RS value to reverse a p&f column are very, very large down below 10. Look at pipeline.com and see what the chart scaling rules are imposing at that level for a turn-around. At least in the over 30 range the percentage change required is not too gross. You could be invested and making profits a lot sooner, and it doesn't violate any p&f methodology rules.
