OLPV filed an 8-K with the SEC . An 8K is a report of material change. In this case, OLPV has changed their accountants. Their former account was a one man operation, Audley Gordon. His office was in Jamaica...the island. The new firm is Lazar, Levine & Company of NY, NY. The change of accountants is another reason for the delay in filing. Looks like another step towards credibility for OLPV.
