I tend to think most of the short position is gone because most of the big runup in volume took place between 4 and 8. It was shortly after that when the assault took place.

This drifting with a southerly bias is, imo, due to no news, residual doubts from the assault still lingering, and a general feeling amongst newer investors to the BB world ( I include myself ) that you are not playing on a level field. I sit here looking at DGIV no longer baffled as I was a month or 2 ago when I said to myself: what the f--- is going on? All these great accomplishments in a great sector and oomgots!! I'm convinced that there is absolutely no accountability in the BB arena at all--from all points of view but most particularly from the MM point of view--combination of scarce resources for oversight into the BB world by the SEC and a few things political that I care not to get into.

That said, I still own my 5500 shares where I am exactly even with all my averaging up and down and frankly when and only when our company goes to the NASDAQ ( by whatever device ) or voluntarily reports its financials will we stabilize and arrive at a fair valuation.

The mere facts alone of our German alliance and relationship with UBS should have put us in the catbird seat in early June.
