If you read the press release - "Revenues from this agreement include development fees, certification fees and minimum required royalty payments". This tells it all, that the company will receive up-front royalty payments. Also consider this, that the company only agreed to the North American markets. The North American market is 18% of the worldwide Herbal market. The foreign Markets totals 82%. It is obvious that the North American agreement is miniscule compared to the worldwide possibilities. In their press release they also said that they will negotiate a worldwide agreement within 90 days. The company will most likely file a 8K with the SEC next week. That should contain the dollar amounts of the transaction. I see a major winner in the making.
