About local resellers. I can't tell about USA market, but IMO, and referring to the situation here in Italy, the greatest advantage that local resellers (and assemblers) have vs. Dell is the lack of information about this company. Generally, the fast service of small resellers is related to lacks in software installation, that generates malfunctions, or simply to inexperience of the customers. BTW: WHY Dell hasn't launched an advertising campaign also here in Europe? I think it could boost greatly Dell's sales. Sorry for my bad english, an my best regards to you and to all the thread.
