Springer, I know he has a lot more shares than that. He bought 65k in November of "96" and sold around 30k of it in the last 6 months. He probably has a larger base holding also. I believe you when you say he is shrewd. So was Hitler. I don't know the guy personally but I can tell you from a portfolio view that it doesn't look pretty. I'm just frustrated now and really don't know what to do. I think David is right, see what the quarterly report brings and go from there. I don't think the stock will drop much more but dead money is not good. jamse
