*AV*--Just finished reading the article. If, indeed, this is true, this will be a great boon for the future of semiconductors. Keep in mind, this does not replace current ICs or wafers but represents a new process that can be implmented beyond the upcoming copper process. We will probably be years away from seeing this tested in devices, I would assume.

I was both interesting and exciting reading material.
