I found P-II on 0.25um has 75mm^2 of die area in my notebook which I do not have a recollection of ever entering it. Perhaps I am wrong, but 131mm^2 does sound very high, don't you think?

The 0.25um process is built with 5 layers of metal instead of 4 for 0.35um.
