I just got off the phone with Roger Templeton at DGIV. He confirmed that they have haired a CFO, his name is Chuck Barrantes. Before, the president Bob Cummings was acting as the CFO. Presently DGIV is updating their accounting system so as to accomodate data coming in from all over the world. Presently they have split their financial accounting between the Las Vegas office and their Santa Monica office. They are hoping to get the 2nd quarter numbers to the auditors as quickly as possible. Roger realizes that the lack of news is hurting the stock price, but said that they will release news as quick as possible but on their own timetable. Nothing really new, but did sound like they were gearing up the office to handle a world wide operation. I also mentioned WorldVision and problems with their promising news releases "anytime now". He is aware of the problem and has discussed it with them. Says DGIV never promised news to them this week. Have a good weekend all. Mark P.S. Roger said now Bob Cummings is free to concentrate more on his main area which is Merger and Acquisitions. I like the sound of that!
