The fact that we had "ZIPPO" tells you how badly the Tseng BOD managed our business interests. With that in mind I feel that the Tseng BOD adds nothing or brings no benefit to this merger. Leaving only "our" cash in a ready-to-go shell as the only asset. As far as the future of Cell Pathway is concern we only need to look over our shoulder a few years back when Tseng won a "Best Design Award" at Comdex to prove that having leading edge piece of science is not going make you a leading edge business. Tseng proved it is possible to take a good thing and turn it into a disaster. None-the-less it is a new opportunity and you only need to be successful once to be wealthy, no matter how many times you bash your head in along the way.
