I disagree.

If our analysis is right, NOVL represents a great value investment and the corner has been turned. I think our CEO deserves the benefit of the doubt and I would prefer to let him keep moving on the present course. I new CEO means new reorganization and I keep thinking about Wellington's complaints that he could be conducting the war against Napoleon far more effectively if not for the continious reorganization that the British insisted upon. Every time they got some momentum going a new reorganization plan was imposed and the progress stalled.

Not so say that I'm not a sweating a little about our management. In fact, I look like Patrick Ewing on the foul line. But in the final analysis I think we need some courage here to see this through. The analysts will eventually see what we see and perform the same analysis that we have. These guys are not exactly independent thinkers and I doubt you would find any at a Mensa meeting. lets wait, prayers are nice too.
