I may be stating the obvious, but this is good news IMO. Strategic acquisitions, joint venture in Japan with Softbank (which included an option for Softbank to buy $50 million worth of EGRP, BTW) and now a $400 million war chest. While the stock's been languishing, Christos has been busy planning the future of EGRP. Done for today, the Street gets to spend the weekend thinking about this. Looking forward to Monday. The only possible negative interpretation of this I can think of is that those hoping for a buyout may be disappointed. Bob
