Mrs Cade holds 23% of the outstanding shares, and yes it is increasing the float,which at this pointIMO, in the company's growth, is needed to attract institutional investors. I would like to see a possible secondary placement..DD (Ellen if you would like to dicuss CADE-there is a thread.) So you are saying that is a good thing? That's funny, I thought this was the CADE thread!
