Ned, if you're THAT far behind the eight ball, read the posts and the header, and company press releases. It is NOT our job to educate you.

Here's a tip: there are FOUR or FIVE companies that will be purchased with the financing.

If you're a serious investor, then you sure have started off on the wrong foot.

For someone who knows enough to ask the questions in your first few posts, it's amazing you know the details of OLD history and questions only posed by Joe Sing, and yet your feign (in my opionion) to not know anything about what they're going to do with the money.
