David, I am tired of value investors like me losing, and crazy momentum people driving things into the stratosphere. I had looked at WAVO about 6 months ago,at a similar price, maybe a little less(12). Well, is this just one-way push technology over faster connections(144 kbps)? So this is like a really fast Pointcast over Web TV? But if you get a TV tuner card in your PC,this is one channel you can get? Does it have a lot of multimedia, does anyone get WAVO feeds here, and how are they? It is a good idea, especially about a year ago when Pointcast was hot. I like the fact they have many high profile companies are contributors, and that MSFT,and INTC are involved. It is going to take a long time to get cable access for internet,so this mya have staying power for sometime. TV tuner cards are dropping like a stone,so that will be cheap to put inside your PC. It is good push technology until we eventually need 2-way,which is a few years off. The RBOC's may never upgrade, and I hear ADSL stinks, the big EDSEL. So until TCI/T/ATHM get their acts together, this is very viable. But then again who cares about earnings, multiples, rational thinking. I think the momentum has swung to you people, lets ride it to 30. As long as insiders are not going to sell barrels full, and squash the momentum. Hiram |
