Help me understand. I am relatively new to technical analysis and have a stock that has seemingly completed a long decline, landed in a trading range for several months then gapped up significantly on 10X normal volume. The volume has now declined each day over the past 3 days as the stock has dropped to the top of the gap. Will be it be bearish if the stock enters that area? Should it fill? Should this spot be resistance? Not sure what the basic rule is and would appreciate any help! Thanks!!
