Dear Ms. Binder, may I remind you and anyone interested that was LONG before I had any idea he was involved with the company press releases. That was quite a shock to me I must admit. Had the company appointed him a shareholder board member (they did not to the best of my understanding) it would have placed Gary in a much different trading position; one would think. Without a legal opinion on it I can not be sure. JMHO Dusty
