KAA, now that we have a BOD of 6 (Jack and his 3 appointees and the courts 2 appointees) any idea when the first BOD will be meeting and what the agenda will be. Were officers assigned in this "compromise"? Who do you believe will chair the first meeting ? I think it would benefit all here to be able to review the agenda and meeting minutes as soon as they are available. I'll assume (hope) that the BOD does not go into executive session without very good cause, and at the moment I can't think of any.
