Jake, very good post. As you pointed out, we all benefit from the information that is shared on this thread. I try to contribute what I can. I also try to remain open to opinions that differ from mine. Thats the beauty of this forum. There is no need to have to be "right" all the time. Lets keep up the good dialog.... Did anyone notice the S-3 registration that the Company filed yesterday? This could be the answer to why Lehman has been consistently on the offer of the stock for the past week. 1.7 million shares were registered from a Conv. Pref. deal. This could be the block of stock that they have been selling for a client? Also a 13-G has been filed, Capital Guardian Trust now owns over 5% of the outstanding shares of the Company. I wonder if this is an affiliate of the multi-billion$ Cap. Guardian mutual funds? It was a great week fundamentaly for IMNR (Geneva data, Schering deal, Prudential Buy rec). I know people are depressed about the stock not reacting to all of the positive developments, but this S-3 could be the reason why the stock has been under alot of selling pressure of late. Comments? I am hearing that more positive developments are on the horizon and I feel that it is only a matter of time before the street starts to see the value of IMNR..... Robert
