I see your point, Carol, but the courts would be able to determine if a basher was indeed long in a stock on a particular date, or over a certain period of time. And to be long in a stock AND in cahoots with shorters seems twisted. Luc- But who would decide which e-mail addresses received the newsletter? We could take a vote, but Arnie seems to be long, and I don't see how a legal shareholder could be excluded from official company news. <vbg> David Elliot- Glad to hear you're recovering nicely, and I agree that potential investors read these threads, but if they choose NOT to invest because of some of the stuff we throw around here, well, they shouldn't be in stocks. We don't have enough information to be advising people one way or the other. For most of us, our still being here is a positive comment about the company. Michael D. Falkow- You seem to be a fresh face we've been needing around here! One thing, though . . .can you do something about that Trial Member tag after your name? It makes me a little nervous. <g>
