My understanding is that we (the shareholders) have added 2 members to the BOD, Keith Anderson being one of them and Jack has added three, but one could be on our side. There will be an election in the not too distant future and all members will be either voted in or out. Is this correct? I would imagine he would pick those who would follow him blindly, so I'm not exactly trusting his choices. KAA, on the other hand saved this turkey from the ashes. IMO Give em hell Keith. You have my full support GP
