Have not gotten into the fray as of yet (ACA that is)...seems to me that I am making a mistake by not plunging in at the almost 52 week low. In the past, a run up of the stock price prior to a NR was common place, now it seems this pending NR is having no such effect. Is this good or bad news? As a novice investor it seems that this trend (past trend) caused, ultimately, in the long run, a reduction of the price of the stock. Would it be naive of me to believe that the modest downward turn might be a blessing in disguise and an obvious buying opportunity...or does someone out there no better? Thanks Gerry
