Based on a conference call the CEO had on the 8th of July, TPII (a Canadian company) may be a take over candidate as an upcoming Year 2000 company with some interesting technology that helps with the problem (Vertex 2000 and Century Scan). There is still time to listen to the conference call at 1-800-625-5288, #332614.

Also, check the TPII thread. The company is an OTC BB stock, but is an SEC filing company and is attempting to get on either the NASDAQ or the AMEX. Closed today at $1.18 per share.

I'm already long. No hype here. Do the due diligence I have suggested and make your own decision. According to the TPII thread, there will be a board meeting within the next 2 weeks to discuss this offer and decide.
