Enough of your ridiculous scenario. I have spent the time to respond to you and your motive which is to apparently get enough sells to cover a short position as per your postings. SO I have answered some of you questions but you are so ridiculous now it is not worth the time anymore. Sorry Earl I have to step in for a moment then I will go back to lurking. First of all, when the company was at $8 it was not TCBG. TCBG bought a shell corporation and changed the name. The previous high for the shell was $8. Nice stock everyone is envolved in. Right? They came into the shell May 14th of 1997 ... September of 1997 4 months later it had a high of $8.00 Date Volume High Low Last Trade 09/05/97 38,400 8 7 1/4 7 1/2 The company only has 50K in cash. It is going to be real hard for them to raise money for machines when they don't have financials. This is all a bunch of hype, hype, hype. Sell Sell Sell How do you know they have only $50K in their account. That appears to inside information. Are you a warrior for a MM. I've seen alot of great ideas that go to zero and this one will also. Short, Short, Short! I disagree because off shore, Canadian and any foriegn country can short which does affect the price. Earl just call the company and see if you can get that info. If that is the case my question is why is this company currently shopping for money, through stock promoters. Again how do you know they are looking for money thought stock promoters. It would be nice to get an underwriting though if they are in fact looking for money. I would not have a problem with a broker doing this. Would be a great plus. Or did Big dog base that are your signing on today for the sole purpose to slam this stock which is typical of good news forth coming. then please tell me if the company is looking for capital how does a start-up sponser a race car. Is that in the best interest of the share holders. Why doesn't the company hire an investment banking firm or just take their purchase orders to a bank and get none dilutive financing. Any business owner knows that you can get bank term financing with purchase orders from big companies like wal mart and winn dixie. How about addressing my concerns in a real way about financials of the company. This is the OTC start up companies and probably do not have finacials to date. As far as sponsoring the it is co-sponsored with Walmart. DUH! Those terms of the co-sponsor is confidential and considered inside information. I doubt that stock was issued restricted or otherwise I have to agree that is lame. However I am savy enough to understand their are others options of value. Regardless the name of Children's Beverage name is in fact on the car. It took 2 years to do the deal. READ the NEWS release. I do not need to respond to these questions because i am not trying to promote this stock you are. you are the one who needs to come up with the answers to all the tough questions.
