It turns out that you are correct. In fact, more than 95% of Maxim's salaried employees hold options that are designed to be material to their individual wealth. This is probably what keeps their employee turnover among the lowest in the industry. It's nice to find a company where the majority of the employees have the shareholders best interests at heart.
