Jim,

I don't disagree that in the past the BOD may have mismanaged
the business, and I agree that the BOD brings nothing to the table
in this merger with regards to management. They do however bring
our cash, and in reality they also bring the merger itself. True
we don't know what will happen down the road with CPI, but that can
probably be said for most microcap, startup, and R&D companies. We
only have to look at ENMD to see the potential here, and I for one
think it is real. The FDA would not have granted CPI its fasttrack
status if FGN-1 was unsafe or ineffective. This has some promise
for us as shareholders IMO and I don't think TSNG will be managing
a business they know nothing about, do you?
