To all: Could someone please summarize for me the current controversy , as it appears there may be some sort of confrontation at the AGM, and I want to ensure I have all the facts to make an informed voting decision. Correct me if I'm wrong here, but it rather sounds like one camp - led by Sidney Kemp, the Prez - wants more or less nothing to do with Johnson\Lett and will pursue conventional technology only. Another camp seems to want to explore Johnson/Lett to determine the merits of the process. As a shareholder, I would want all avenues explored, for all conventional technologies started out as new technologies (e.g. heap leaching in the 1980s) anyway. But I wouldn't support the notion of paying J/L a lot of $ or shares until their technology could be tested and proven to the satisfaction of a top-drawer independent mining engineering firm. Of course, there's the issue of whether the process can be patented and if so, whether it can be worked around.

Any responses appreciated. Cheers!
