Not much activity at AOL board anymore, but this post you may find "enlightening".
As I recall this individual (the poster, not the author of the original post) has never been one to look to exagerate things in the past.

Hello everyone,
I would like to tell you a little bit about Donnie and the I. R. firm
that he is
useing. I worked for Grant Douglas from Jan.1st to Feb.28th
When I started there I had no idea what I was getting into. I
interviewed with
Dennis Thomas he told me basically what I would be doing is calling
stock
brokers and telling them about the companies that G. D. represents. Some
of
the other companies are CTMR, QSTI, MXON, BOAT, RADIF.( LOOK AT A
SIX MONTH CHART ON THESE COMPANIES) In return I would receive
stock options in these companies. Again I was new to this and it sounded
like I could make pretty good money. So they gave me a list of brokers
and I
started calling. After 3 weeks or so I began to realize what was going
on.This
is the way that it works.
Dennis would come to several of the (pawns) and tell us that big news
was
going to be out in the next few days and we need to tell our brokers.
They
also have people online to pump investors. So we would get alot of
buying for
whichever company he told us to push and the price would start to go up
then
would end the day down.
Know this wouldn't just burn all of our brokers, but we pawns would get
upset
too because we had options that we could come out of at a certain price,
but
for some reason (that I was soon to figure out) the stock would never
reach
our price.
The reason is that the owner of GRANT DOUGLAS Roy Meadows was
selling at the same time we were getting investors to buy. He and Dennis
Thomas are in this together. They have millions of free tradeing shares
in all
of the companies they rep.
Now that tmex is hyping this company makes me think that when he meet
with Donnie ..Donnie found out about tmex following and offered him a
deal.
I own DCGR and I am at a loss for now,and I know alot of you are going
to
jump all over me,However everything that I have said is true.
I worked in the same room as Scott Gnatt and Scott Dart, and Dennis I
have
meet Donnie he is a great sales man,but all he wants to do is make money
he doesn't care about the investors.
