You sure can tell the down days for NIr by the posting activity.

Al,All the information I need is found here:
forums.stockhouse.com

If you're making any comparison to the Philip situation to anything that has been posted here, I really thinky ou need to read the articles again (I made a few posts this am at SH). Philip went after them because of threats against specific individuals, as well as the disclosure of what they claim was confidential information by former employees. In any event, it is far from clear what if anything will be gained by having the identity of the individuals involved. Reminds me of the McDonalds against the activists case - McD 'won' but spent millions and got 10X the bad publicity, with no penalty to the 'guilty'

Once again, there seems to be some implication that I have made false statements about NIR. As you know, I have repeatedly asked for these to be pointed out on SH when one idividual repeatedly made the claim that I spread lies about NIR on the NIR and other threads. That individual has yet to do so.

The 3 post limit for trials existed the last time they had trials, long before 'peter joseph' showed up on the nIR thread.

As for me wasting anyones time, I'm sure you are aware there are others reading this thread than yourself and others that have complained. I'm sure you have noticed others point out they appreciate my postings, and have probably noticed that ther has been a greater number of posters complain about 'david_from_ont' than there has about me.

Heres an interesting link I picked up today in my surfing :-)

Gino, nice to see you include the Maedel disclaimer(for the first time) on your latest post of his April article(how many times is that now?). I trust no further explanation is needed on the point of compensation for publication.
