Thanks for the tip. I'll go there for a little personal education. I actually worked for several government agencies, and believe it or not I can understand that gobbledygook, although that's something I don't admit often! And, I avoid it like a plague of locusts. When are we ever going to get some real "cream" type people to go into public service, so we don't have to put up with bureaucratese?
